3 double bedrooms . All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower , toilet and bidet .

The terrasse has a big table for 12 people and a living lounge under a big ancient olive tree .

The swimming pool is 40sqm with a sun terrasse and 6 sunbeds , 3 umbrellas .

One outdoor shower is located next to the pool and another next to the bedrooms .

There is also a big roof-top with a beautiful view to the sea and the white town of Ostuni .

The house is located about two kilometres to the old town in the middle of olive trees . 
35 minutes from the airport of Brindisi and 60 minutes to Bari airport .

The sea is about 10minutes . You can find small little bays to swim or go to more organized beach clubs . 

The perfect place to organise day tours to Lecce , Matera , Locorotondo, Alberobello and Castel del Monte, or vistit the small villages of Ceglie Messapica , Cisternino , Monopoli and Polignano in about 30 minutes.
